D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, mont\u00e9e raide dans la for\u00eat, plut\u00f4t glace que neige, \u00e0 d\u00e9battre sans crampons ou raquettes&#8230;&nbsp;? Bel \u00e9chauffement pour atteindre la butte de Pipay (et non la butte Montmartre) qui ouvre sur un plateau bien ensoleill\u00e9, laissant la chape nuageuse pour le bas. Plateau plut\u00f4t vallonn\u00e9 o\u00f9 nous ne cesserons de monter en passant du Col du Merdaret au Cul du P\u00eat &nbsp;pour se diriger vers le Grand Rocher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Chi Chuan (effets positifs sur le corps et l\u2019esprit), dans cet environnement paisible qui s\u2019y pr\u00eate. C\u2019est, pr\u00e8s de midi que nous atteindrons &nbsp;la Croix du Grand Rocher o\u00f9 nous ne serons pas les seuls, \u00e0 la recherche du meilleur endroit pour d\u00e9jeuner et c\u2019est, assis dans la neige que nous finirons -non pas, pour la pratique de la m\u00e9thode Zen, mais plus concret&nbsp;!
